12 Questions of Christmas

12 Questions of Christmas

Hi Friends! I’m popping in to do this fun Christmas survey and would love to hear your answers in the comments below!

12 Questions of Christmas:

  • Best & Worst Gift you’ve ever received?

Best gift was probably when my parents paid for us to get the Disney channel. Childhood dreams came true that year! I can’t think of one particularly bad gift that stands out. I’ve gotten some weird stuff that I returned or got rid of, but I can’t really think of one thing

  • Favorite Christmas movie?

Elf and The Polar Express!

  • When do you open gifts?

The past few years since I’ve been married we opened up our gifts either first thing in the morning or later in the night after running around to family all day.

  • Happiest Christmas memory?

Just love the memories of spending time with family. Especially my memories with my grandparents.

  • Eggnog or hot chocolate?

Hot Chocolate!

  • Describe an ornament that has special significance to you.

I have an ornament when we got engaged, an ornament the year we got married, and an ornament from last year when I was pregnant. They are all very special to me.

  • Do you hang mistletoe?

No, but I would if I had a good spot!

  • Star or angel at the top of the tree?

I don’t have a tree topper!

  • Favorite Christmas food?

Potatoes!

  • Favorite Christmas song?

Oh Holy Night

  • What’s on your wishlist?

Aubrey to be in a good mood all day, take some naps, and that I can relax and enjoy family.

  • White or colored lights on the tree?

Colored.

I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas with family. Enjoy the food, presents, and best of all snuggle your loved ones tight. They are the best present we can ever hope to receive. <3

  1. Hot chocolate 200%. In fact, I actually despise eggnog. The rest of my family drinks it on Christmas day and I have to constantly remind them that I am NOT a fan.

We start opening presents in the morning, but in our old age we are getting slower and slower so it usually lasts into the afternoon… aha.

My wish for you is the same! I hope you find time to relax, find some peace, and just enjoy the company of your family. Merry Christmas Heather!

    • Do you hate the dairy free kind too? I can see why it would be a love/hate thing. I’m on team dairy free nog haha! Thank you! 🙂
