December Goals & Intentions

I hope that everyone had a fun and relaxing weekend. Tell me what you did the comments below! Now that we’re in the first full week of December, I thought I’d share some goals for the month. This month is going to be busy and fun and filled with Christmas celebrations! Here are some things I’m hoping to accomplish.

December Goals & Intentions:

  • Stockpile Posts: As I mentioned before, December’s a busy month. I hope to stockpile a good amount of posts to get me through December and in to January without extra stress.
  • Bake Three GF Christmas Treats: I hope to find three new recipes to try this Christmas season and bake them throughout the month. 
  • Buy 2017 Planner & Plan January Content: I use a monthly planner system to come up with my content calendar. I hope to buy a new one for the new year and plan out January.
  • Allow Myself Extra Rest: Allowing myself to unwind after work and letting myself go to bed earlier when I need it. No staying up for no reason!

  1. Especially during this season, that last one – extra rest – is usually the last on our minds. But maybe that’s why we feel stressed and run down! I think extra time should be made for more hot chocolate, movie watching and falling asleep on the couch. I don’t really have any goals, but I just hope to get in all my usual favorite christmas movies!

  2. I like the idea of stockpiling your posts. And even just scheduling them out. This year, since we’re given such a limited amount of time with family for the winter holiday break, I want to be able to spend 100% of my time with them!

  3. Love the last one. We are all guilty of over-doing it especially when it comes to mindless things. I am forcing myself to plug my phone in across the room at night so I can’t just scroll through instagram if I can’t sleep. It makes me realize how much I do it without thinking about it.

  4. Great goals! My big one this month is to get a good fitness base- run outside as much as possible and do the 30 day yoga challenge. If I do those two things and manage to have fun during the holidays I’ll be very happy!
