Happy Friday! Today’s recipe is perfect for when you don’t feel like cooking but don’t want to order out. This is one of my go-to recipes when Daniel is out working late and I need to make dinner just for myself. You can feel free to add any desired toppings based on your preferences. It’s super quick and easy and perfect for a weeknight meal.
- 1 English muffin sliced
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Turkey Pepperoni
To Make the Pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 400
- Slice the English muffin in half
- Add pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is bubbling.
I served mine with steamed broccoli seasoned with some garlic powder and pepper. Enjoy!
