  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Stone Ground MustardΒ
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Pour package in to medium mixing bowl. I bought the kind already washed and chopped.
  • In a seperate bowl, combine olive oil, mustard, garlic, seasoning, and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine.

  • Add mixture to Brussels Sprouts, stir making sure all of the sprouts are covered

  • Pour in to an aluminium foil lined baking dish

Put in oven

  • Bake 20 minutes. Brussels Sprouts will have browned and softened.

  • I served mine with a Β shrimp and couscous mixture. It was delicious! I think I will have leftovers for breakfast and put a fried egg on top of them!Β

  1. Oh my gosh, yum! I actually do love brussels (I thought it was singular too) sprouts, but my husband doesn’t love them. I can’t wait to try your recipe!! Thanks for sharing!

    • Thanks, Brooklyn! Food posts are my favorite to write AND my favorite to read on other blogs! haha, thank you! I’m glad I’m not the only one!!

  2. LOVE brussel sprouts! I think that vegetables really have different flavors depending on if you roast/boil/saute/ eat them raw. I also hate that society views vegetables as inherently gross- so sad for the young kids today πŸ™ I also love shaved brussel sprout salads- have you had them??
