Hello friends and happy Friday to you! As I try to rest and take things easy at home, I’ll be doing a bit less recipe posting. • Mediterranean Hummus Pasta Salad via Bucket List Tummy: This salad screams spring and summer to me and I can not wait to eat this!
  • Blueberry Chocolate Chip Cookies via Katalyst Health Blog: I LOVE the blueberry chocolate combo so these look divine! But, it’s a recipe from Kat so of course it is! 😀
  • Boring Self Care via Cup of Catherine: Great read and a great reminder that self care doesn’t have to be extravagant. Also, a waffle house date means Catherine is my kinda gal! 😀

  1. I loved all these posts. I definitely want to make those blueberry chocolate cookies. Best. Combo. Ever. Have a great weekend m’lady!

  2. I made Kat’s Banana Split Muffins which were so full of delicious flavor. They made really good yogurt toppings. Also, I think my favorite form of self care is probably listening to something, going on a walk, or just being with my family. <3

What's your favorite kind of pampering/self care?

    • Yum–Kat knows her muffins! 🙂 Those are great self care ideas. I think my favorite is listening to something relaxing or spending time to read a book outside.
