Link Love: Recent Finds

Hello everyone! As you’re reading this, I’m spending my last day at the beach. Today I wanted to do a quick link love post of favorite posts I’ve come across recently. I’ll be back tomorrow with  another post, until then, grab your beverage of choice and enjoy the wealth of good reads!

Eats:

Coconut Flour Breakfast Bake via The Domestikated Life: I made this recipe last week and it was delicious! I’m not even a fan of straight up banana but still enjoyed it!

Maple Miso Tofu with Butternut Squash and Broccoli via My Little Tablespoon: This will be on my must-make list! I am a lover of maple, a lover of miso, lover of tofu, lover of butternut squash, and lover of broccoli. So this is an actual dream on a platter for me!

Paleo Sesame Pasta via Katalyst Health: This combo is another home run and I love that it’s gluten free! I will try not to drink the sauce plain….

Good Finds:

The Thief of Joy via Sweet Miles: I love this post about comparing yourself to others and letting it get you down. Something most of us need to work on in some area of life!

20 Highest Protein Veggies via Eat Clean: As someone who does not eat a lot of meat, I’m always looking for plant based protein options. This article is very helpful!

The Kind of Mom I Want to Be via Suzlyfe: This is a beautifully written post by Susie during a hard time in her life. I hope to be this type of mom someday too.

My Issues With The “Fitspo” Community via A Dancer’s Live It: Marina digs deep in to the “fitspo” images we all see floating around. I’m in total agreement with her thoughts on this and hope that someday we can change our mindset of these “inspirational” images.

Best post you’ve read recently? How was your 4th of July weekend?
