Happy Wednesday! Today I’m continuing with my twice a month What I Ate Wednesday series and sharing a day of eats with you. This is a popular blogger link-up where people showcase a day of food for inspiration, recipe ideas, and because who doesn’t love a good food photo?! Here are my eats from a day last week!
I got a Nutri-bullet from Daniel for my birthday and have really been loving it! This smoothie was a 32 oz green smoothie with spinach, blueberries, 2 frozen bananas, coconut milk yogurt, superfood powder blend, and ice.
Luna bar. I love this lemon flavor, it tastes like a lemon muffin!
Mushroom rice veggie burger over a bed of sauteed spinach, onion, and zucchini, and sweet potato fries.
Also ate two of my Peanut Butter Date Balls for a sweet end to lunch.
Daniel and I shared two oranges and I also had some crackers on the side.
I made some vegan mac and cheese and added black beans, fire roasted diced tomatoes with chilies, spinach, onion powder, garlic powder, and cracked pepper to the mix. I loved it but it was a little too spicy for Daniel!
Two Immaculate Baking chocolate chip cookies. This brand is a dairy free and gluten free cookie dough. All I had to do was flatten out the cookie dough and place on a baking sheet. They tasted great!
