Hello and happy WIAW to you, friends! This day of food was captured on my day off on Monday. I took off because I had a morning doctor appointment and an afternoon ultrasound. Enjoy and I hope you get some recipe ideas!
Baked oatmeal with peanut butter and strawberries. Coffee with hazelnut soy milk creamer in it.
Grapes and an apple with cinnamon on top. Still liking the oranges best with cinnamon but apples were also good!
Reheated rice bowl from a previous dinner. Bed of arugula, black beans, sauteed onions and mushrooms, cilantro, tomatoes, wild rice, and salsa. I also had a few blue corn tortilla chips and dipped it in.
I also ate a banana muffin which were really delicious! I’ll definitely make them again!
BBQ cauliflower wings, sweet potato fries, broccoli, and a vegan ranch dipping sauce. Haven’t made this recipe in a few months and it was delicious!
Almond milk ice cream (peanut butter vanilla flavor!) and a brownie…it was much needed!
