Hello everyone & happy Wednesday to you! Today will be my first WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday) post on my blog! Some bloggers share their meals once a week each Wednesday so others can have recipe ideas, healthy inspiration, or just because they love food. I enjoy reading other bloggers’ WIAW posts for all of the above reasons, so I’ve decided to join in on the fun. I will be posting WIAW once a month rather than every week, but I hope it will give you some ideas. Now, on to the food!
- Breakfast: 6:30am
Gluten free toast with hummus and topped with a fried egg seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Coffee with unsweetened almond milk & cinnamon
- Snack: 9:45am
Luna Protein bar and herbal tea. Wasn’t too crazy about this flavor bar!
- Lunch: 12:00pm
Leftovers from previous dinner. This stir fry contained rice noodles, carrots, bok choy, bell pepper, 3 different kinds of mushrooms, & carrots in a peanut sauce that I made. I also had a sliced apple.
Almonds and dark chocolate. Need I say more?!
- Dinner: 7:30pm
I ate 4 corn tortillas when all was said and done. Chicken, shredded lettuce, onion, tomato, cheddar cheese,cilantro, and hot sauce!
Not pictured, all of the water I drank because seeing water in a bottle is boring! If you enjoy these posts, I’ll be back with another this time next month!
